Republican primary for U.S. Senate in Texas expands as Rep. Wesley Hunt joins Cornyn and Paxton

Rep. Wesley Hunt, of Houston, entered the race after months of speculation and advertising on TV to boost his name recognition. He joined Senator John Cornyn, who is seeking a fifth term, and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.
