Petition to recall Dallas City Council member Gay Donnell Willis filed
A petition to begin the recall process against Dallas City Council member Gay Donnell Willis was delivered to City Hall on Friday amid opposition to proposed hotel and condominium towers at Preston Road and Royal Lane.
