Oak Cliff nonprofit expands boarding program

AT LAST!, a nonprofit based in Oak Cliff, is expanding its boarding program for under-resourced students by constructing a second house to accommodate more scholars. Founder and CEO Randy Bowman, who has a background as an attorney and businessman, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion and the innovative approach it represents. Bowman, who grew up in a resource-challenged area in Pleasant Grove, understands the profound effects of poverty.
