North Texas garage rattlesnake becomes rare scientific find

A rattlesnake discovered hibernating in an Argyle homeowner’s garage turned out to be the first recorded Western diamondback from Denton County, now preserved at UT Arlington’s Amphibian and Reptile Diversity Research Center for study.
