New FIFA-inspired street art in Downtown Dallas leads to questions about state mandate
Back in March, the city of Dallas removed decorative crosswalks across the city. That included rainbow-colored crosswalks on Cedar Springs. It comes after Gov. Greg Abbott directed TxDOT to enforce roadway safety guidelines.
