More than 26 million workers to skip work the day after Super Bowl, survey finds
A new survey from workforce platform UKG estimates that 26.2 million U.S. employees plan to miss work on the Monday after the Super Bowl — about 4 million more than last year’s record. Many respondents say they will use paid time off or swap shifts, while roughly 5 million admit they plan to call in sick or simply not show up.
