Missing count drops to 3 after Central Texas flash floods

Officials in Kerr County say the number of people missing after devastating flash floods has dropped from around 100 to as few as three. The dramatic decrease comes after days of coordinated search and rescue efforts and verification of initial reports. The statewide death toll remains at 135. Authorities say recovery efforts in the Hill Country will continue for months.
