Judge dismisses Tarrant County from lawsuit filed by family of Anthony Johnson Jr., who died in Tarrant County Jail

A U.S. district judge dismissed a civil lawsuit filed by family members of a Marine veteran killed inside the Tarrant County Jail. A criminal case against two of the jailors continues.
