Judge sends ICE ambush case to grand jury

A federal judge has ruled there is probable cause for all eight cases tied to the alleged July 4 ambush at the ICE facility in Alvarado to move forward to a grand jury. The Prairieland Detention Center, which houses up to 2,000 detainees, was the site of the incident.
