Judge rules Chris Christie cannot be on Maine's primary ballot

A Maine Superior Court judge has rejected Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie from being on Maine's primary ballot on March 5. The former New Jersey governor did not meet the Dec. 1 deadline to submit the required 2,000 signatures from registered Maine voters.
