International Court of Justice refuses to throw out genocide case against Israel
The International Court of Justice is refusing to throw out a case of genocide against Israel. The case comes after South Africa accused Israel of genocide in the ongoing Israel-Hamas war. Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has forcefully pushed back on the idea.
