Home study ordered for family of Dallas child found in emergency room

A hearing was held to try and figure out what is next for a child who was found abandoned last week at a Dallas emergency room. Her relatives were eventually found and a court granted a five-day, expedited home study so a caseworker can visit the relative's home and make sure it's fit for the child.
