Grapevine indie bookstore aims to create a community “third space”
The owner of Talking Animals Books in Grapevine says the shop was inspired by a love of independent bookstores and a desire to bring that experience to the city’s historic tourist district. The store, now adding a coffee shop, is designed as a “third space” where people can gather, connect, and enjoy books in a more social, community‑driven setting.
