Gov. Abbott pledges to find all missing as death toll climbs over 100 amid ongoing search efforts

Kerr County, in Texas' flood-prone Hill Country, has suffered the highest death toll with 94 people confirmed dead. In other parts of Texas, 15 people have been confirmed dead; 161 people are known missing from Kerr County, and 12 are missing from other parts of the state.
