Giant Pumpkin Regatta makes a splash 21 years in a row

Gourds and ghouls came together on an Oregon lake. People put on their Halloween costumes, grabbed a paddle and jumped into hollow pumpkins. It's part of a yearly tradition at the West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta.
