Frisco teacher arrested on charge of injury to a child
Frisco police have arrested McSpadden Elementary teacher Patricia Kemper on a charge of injury to a child. The investigation began after Frisco ISD reported an allegation of physical assault involving a student. The district says Kemper has been placed on leave and is no longer allowed on district property.
