Four Keller ISD schools under consolidation review as enrollment falls
Keller ISD leaders say four campuses are now being considered for consolidation as the district faces a steep enrollment decline and a projected $34 million budget shortfall. Superintendent Cory Wilson told trustees he has notified principals at the affected schools and plans to visit each campus next week. Enrollment has dropped by 1,600 students, reducing state funding and prompting the district to study closures ahead of an April 23 board vote.
