Fort Worth father recounts final moments with 15-year-old son
A Fort Worth family is grieving after 15‑year‑old Prince Washington was shot and killed in a drive‑by while inside his own home early Thursday morning. His father, James Washington, said bullets tore through the walls of their house and struck Prince as he slept. Washington described his son as respectful, faithful, and “a great kid,” and said the teen collapsed after stumbling out of his room, saying he’d been hit. Police have not released information about the suspects.
