Former Camp Mystic camper paints love letter to girls lost in Hill Country flood: "It’s personal"
Nearly a month after the deadly Hill Country floods that killed at least 135 people — including 27 from Camp Mystic — a former camper and counselor is honoring the victims through a tribute painting. Jennie Lou Tucker, now a live event painter, says the tragedy is deeply personal and hopes her art brings comfort to grieving families.
