Flash flood survivors and everyday heroes emerge in the Hill Country

Kelsey Cravey’s family narrowly escaped the rising Central Texas floodwaters by signaling for help through a window after their home began to fill with water. As emergency crews responded, neighbors and residents also sprang into action, becoming everyday heroes in the rescue efforts.
