Etiquette experts say there's new guidance for phones
A Washington Post article is laying out some new guidance for phone etiquette. Phone rules have changed with technology and vary based on age, relationship and context of the call. Some of the guidance says voicemails are out of touch and you should not feel you have to answer every incoming phone call.
