Dutch BroS company to buy Salad and Go assets
The company tied to Dutch Brothers Coffee says it is in the process of buying the assets of Salad and Go. The salad chain closed its locations in Texas and Oklahoma earlier this year. Then, this week, the chain announced it will close all locations. Bankruptcy files show Dutch Brothers wants to convert those locations to sell food, coffee, and other drinks.
