Driver charged after fatal Labor Day collision in Tarrant County

A driver has been charged with four counts of intoxication manslaughter and two counts of intoxication assault after a deadly crash involving four vehicles on Labor Day in Tarrant County. The incident killed four people, including an unborn child.
