Dallas police arrest man in 32-year-old murder case
Gary Len Ross, 56, is charged with capital murder. If you're asking why it took so long to arrest Ross, an arrest warrant revealed he doesn't have a home address because he is currently homeless. Investigators say he was found at a DART station on the west end on Friday. Detectives also say he also went by the alias Tommy Lynn Jones.
