Coco Green, who works at Dallas nonprofit Youth180, helps parents navigate teen substance use — something she faced firsthand. Her daughter, Stormee, began using substances at 17. Though Green hoped motherhood would change her daughter’s path, the substance abuse disorder only deepened over time.
