Cowboys of Color Rodeo founder Cleo Hearn dead at 86

Cleo Hearn, best known as a trailblazer in professional rodeo died Sunday, Nov. 9. His legacy includes paving the way for cowboys of different cultures and creating the Cowboys of Color Rodeo.
