Clouds, frigid temperatures roll in with the start of the work week
Clouds are expected to roll in on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and several parades have been postponed as North Texas experiences temperatures similar to those on Sunday — a frigid morning with wind chills in the 20s for most of the day.
