Celina police chief to provide update on Caleb Elliott investigation
Former Celina ISD teacher and coach Caleb Elliott is facing state and federal charges tied to allegations that he recorded students changing in locker rooms. Celina Police Chief John Cullison will give an update on the investigation Tuesday afternoon.
