Arlington family pleads for return of stolen “Tin Man” decoration
An Arlington family is asking for the return of a “Tin Man” yard decoration that was recently taken from their home. The decoration holds special meaning for 11-year-old Elliott, whose nickname is “Tin Man” because he was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
