A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for parts of North Texas through 8 PM
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for counties to the north and east of the metroplex through 8PM. The rest of the area remains fairly capped this afternoon, but we’re expecting that cap to erode away as the cold front gets closer. More counties could get added to the thunderstorm watch as we enter the early evening hours.
