A new abortion law is in effect in Texas, here's who it affects

A new abortion law is now in effect in Texas, further restricting abortion access. House Bill 7 restricts abortion-inducing drugs in the state by allowing private citizens to sue anyone who manufactures, distributes or mails abortion medication in or to Texas.
