Caleb Flynn, a former "American Idol" contestant, is charged with killing his wife Ashley Flynn in February and then staging the crime scene.
Caleb Flynn, 37, appeared in season 12 of "American Idol." He was arrested by Tipp City police last week and charged with murder, assault and tampering with evidence.
"Denton… I'm coming home!!!"
The singer was found deceased at her home, a representative said.
His story left judge Katy Perry in tears: "Our country has f***ing failed us."
