This weekend the skies over Dallas will be alive with the sights and sounds of World War Two.  From the thunder of a B-17 Flying Fortress to the scream of a P-51 Mustang, the Commemorative Air Force presents Wings Over Dallas this weekend at the Executive Airport in Dallas.

"We'll have about forty airplanes here ranging from training airplanes all the way up to fighters and bombers" said Executive Vice-President of The Commemorative Air Force Adam Smith.

One of the B-17 bombers known as Texas Raiders will offer rides to the public on Saturday and Sunday.  Reservations are highly recommended.

"You can get what is called a 'Living History Flight' experience for a donation.  It'll change you, won't be the same, trust me I know this" said Texas Raiders Flight Engineer David "Laser" McConkey.

Saturday and Sunday at 2 pm the skies will light up with aircraft and pyrotechnics as The Commemorative Air Force salutes the 75th Anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attacks.

"The culminating event is this battle reenactment by our flying team called 'Tora Tora Tora',  there is pyrotechnics and explosions" Smith added.
