Windy & Warm For North Texas, Even A Day In The 80s!

80s IN THE FORECAST!

We will see really warm, breezy weather the next couple of days with temperatures warming into the 80s on Thursday!  This will be the first time this year with temperatures in the 80s.  Although we did make it to 79 degrees at DFW on Jan. 22, 2012.  The record high for Thursday is 86 degrees set in 1933, I am expecting a high of 82 on Thursday.

COLD FRONT ARRIVES THURSDAY EVENING…

On the heels of two warm days we will see cooler weather arrive Friday into the start of the weekend.  Winds will be breezy behind that cold front Thursday night and temps will drop into the 40s Friday morning with wind chills in the 30s.  Friday afternoon will see some sunshine but temperatures will only top out at 60 degrees.  Which won't be that bad, but coming off a day in the 80s it will feel chilly.

WEEKEND WEATHER…

A nice weekend shaping up.  Saturday will be chilly in the morning with temps in the 30s and then warming into the mid 60s.  Saturday night into Sunday will be quite windy with temperatures nearing 70 degrees Sunday afternoon with some cloud cover.

RAIN CHANCES NEXT WEEK…

No rain in the forecast until early next week.  Cooler weather arrives Monday and Tuesday with highs in the 50s and some rain chances.
