Warm and Cold... Temperatures can't make up their mind in North Texas
UP AND DOWN TEMPERATURES THE NEXT FEW DAYS…
What a great day today, temperatures warmed into the upper 60s and low 70s with lots of sunshine. Tomorrow will be even warmer! Winds will increase out of the southwest tomorrow and temperatures will warm into the mid to even upper 70s for those southwest of DFW! Record high for tomorrow is 83, so no records but very warm for this time of year when average highs are in the upper 50s.
GOING BACK DOWN SATURDAY…
A cold front arrives Friday night and temperatures on Saturday will be quite a bit cooler. Morning temps will start in the mid 30s for Get Healthy Texas 5K run and afternoon highs will barely make it to 50 degrees. North winds will be blowing 10 to 20 mph on Saturday.
BACK UP AGAIN ON SUNDAY…
Winds will turn to the southwest on Sunday and temperatures will warm back into the low 70s with lots of sunshine!
EARLY NEXT WEEK…
Clouds will become more prevalent for a good portion of the work week next week. We will probably start to see a little rain develop Tuesday and Wednesday as a slow moving upper level low meanders in West Texas. The exact location and timing of that low will determine how much and how long the rain lasts. Right now, it is too early to tell the specifics.
