DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The wait and the worry are now taking a toll as the search continues for a missing Dallas mother.

Marisol Espinosa, a 34-year-old mother of four, vanished Tuesday. Her boyfriend told police that she left for her job at the Toni and Guy salon at North Park Center. But she never arrived home.

"Oh, it's so hard… not knowing," said her mother, Rosemary Espinosa, at the family's Pleasant Grove area home. "No peace. No sleep."

Relatives from West Texas arrived just this afternoon to offer support and join in the search. But, family members say they're just not sure of where they should be looking. Family, friends and coworkers over the weekend searched a wooded area near where Espinosa's SUV was recovered on Friday. Dallas Police today had no updates for media—but, family members tell CBS11 that detectives are keeping them informed.

"It's an active investigation, so they are not going to be very forthcoming," said Veronica Walls, Espinosa's Aunt. "But, they have found some items or things, I don't know what, they say they have very good leads from there, so hopefully it will all come out soon."

A professional stylist, Marisol Espinosa's look was constantly changing: sometimes a blonde with curls, sometimes a dark buzz cut.
That's the look she was sporting in pictures snapped just days before she disappeared. But, coworkers say she was the picture of predictability: rising early, arriving on time, and always with her headphones around her neck.

"Even in pictures, she always had on those headphones!" exclaimed coworker Aryana Khanzadeh. "She would never have left home without them."

So, on Tuesday when she didn't show up for her shift, it didn't take long for concern to turn to fear.

"Really worried," said Khanzadeh, "this is just the weirdest thing. It's like a dark cloud over the salon… so many questions, no answers."

Coworkers continue to spread the word on social media. A gofundme effort is raising money for a reward for information.

"Hopefully convince somebody that knows something to step forward," said Khanzadeh. "People are money hungry… so. Definitely somebody knows something… she didn't just disappear on her own."

Meanwhile, family members tell us that that police have questioned individuals about the disappearance—although no one has been named a suspect.

"She needs to come home for her babies," says her mother, Rosemary Espinosa. Espinosa says she plans to search again… but, alone. And while fighting back tears, "she's my only daughter."

And in a made for impact moment late today, the missing mother's 4-year-old daughter posed for news crews holding a missing flyer.

"Find my Mommy" she said. Then she flashed an innocent grin that said she was still blissfully unaware of the real worry… and then ran inside.

Anyone with information is asked to call Dallas Police.
