DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Arson investigators in Dallas are looking for the man who tried to torch a combined gas station and barbecue restaurant early Monday morning. The incident happened just after 5:00 a.m. at the Shell Station and Dickey's Barbecue located near the intersection of Lemmon Avenue and Maple Avenue.

The suspect could be seen on surveillance video tossing Molotov cocktails at the front of the business.

Oscar Saldana is the owner of the store, and believes that he knows the man -- a homeless person who has been run off of the property before. "Sometimes he comes and bothers people," Saldana said. "People come tell us inside that there's someone outside asking for money, so we go outside and run him off."

Police have not made an arrest yet.

There was no serious damage done to the business. A small portion of the building's brick front was charred and a rock was thrown through a window.
