Teenaged Swif-T Aggravated Robbery Suspect Charged

MESQUITE (CBSDFW.COM) - Police have charged Juan Edward Jones, 17, for the Aggravated Robbery of a Swif-T convenience store located at 2033 Military Parkway.

Police say Jones entered the store, displayed two handguns and demanded property from the clerk on Sunday, Dec. 6 at 9 p.m. He then  fled to a waiting stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered, unoccupied in Dallas. No one was injured during the robbery.

The charge is another added to the list for the Dallas teen. Jones was arrested last week for a violent robbery at a Burger King drive-through.

He's currently charged with seven fast food robberies and faces a murder charge.

Jones has admitted to the robberies, but hasn't confessed to killing anyone.
