Sunstone Hot Yoga
The practice of Yoga goes back to before the fifth century, but some North Texas yoga centers are turning up the heat.
Sunstone Fitness Hot Yoga takes things up a notch with a warm room for better results.
"It's amazing how much you sweat even at 85 degrees. It feels pretty neutral at this point, but once you start to work and the body starts to wake up and you start to stretch and detox and feel really good" said Sunstone Yoga Instructor Amy Foreman.
"I started almost two years ago right after I retired. I probably feel like I have more energy and vigor than I've had in the last twenty years" said 69 year old student Lee Linthecum.
JD Ryan is starting the New Year with the heat turned up Around Town at Sunstone Fitness in Southlake.
