Small Rain Chances Next Few Days for DFW
Do not get too excited about these rain chances, coverage will be very low. But there will be the chance of a few isolated showers and storms the next couple of days across North Texas. This afternoon there are a few sea breeze storms that are coming northward toward areas around Lufkin, Palestine, Crockett, Madisonville and Carthage. These will not make it here to DFW.
There is a weak high pressure system just centered to the east of North Texas.
It is not a very strong high and there are disturbances setting over northern Mexico.
Those disturbances will drift our way tomorrow thru Thursday.
This will bring small rain chances each afternoon. Coverage will be low, less than 20%, but at least there will be a few isolated showers/storms around.
