Reward Offered For Sex Offender That Fled Halfway House

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW) - A reward has been offered for information leading the the capture or arrest of a registered sex offender who escaped from a Fort Worth halfway house Wednesday morning.
44-year old Charles Raymond Sprague walked away from a halfway house, located in the 600 block of North Henderson Street, and removed the legally required electronic tracking device that he is to wear at all times.
The Texas Department of Public Safety has added Sprague to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list, and a cash reward up to $2,000 is now being offered for information leading to his capture.
Sprague is wanted for felony failure to comply with civil commitment requirements and is considered at high risk to reoffend.
Investigators described Sprague as Native American, 6 feet 6 inches tall and about 240 pounds He has previously been employed as a cook and laborer.
