Reward Increase For Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender

NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Officials with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) have increased the reward for a man on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender list.
Investigators are now offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the capture of Santos Francisco Sanchez. The 47-year-old is a Texas Syndicate gang member with a violent criminal past.
It was in 1996 when Sanchez was convicted of the Sexual Assault of a 12-year-old Fort Worth girl. After his release from jail in 2003, Sanchez was required to report to a halfway, but never registered as a sex offender.
Sanchez's last known address was in the Tarrant County-area, where he also has family ties. In the past, he has worked as a carpenter.
Sanchez stands 5'10" tall and had a last weight of 205 pounds. He has tattoos, including dragon/skulls/devils on his left forearm; a heart on his upper left arm; a peacock on his upper right arm; and heart/rose on his right forearm.
In order to receive the $10,000 reward the tip must come in during the month of August. All tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.
Anyone with information about Sanchez or any other Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitive or sex offender is asked to contact authorities. There are five different ways to provide anonymous tips:
• Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at (800) 252-TIPS (8477)
• Text the letters DPS and then your tip to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone
• Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking the link under the picture
• Tips can also be submitted on Facebook, just click the "SUBMIT A TIP" link underneath the "About" section
• Submit a tip through the DPS Mobile App. Mobile is available for iPhone users through the Apple App Store and for Android users on Google Play.
