Rangers Pitcher Roy Oswalt Leaves Sunday's Game
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) -- Texas Rangers pitcher Roy Oswalt has left his start because of right flexor muscle soreness near his elbow.
Oswalt departed after two innings of Sunday's game against Tampa Bay. He allowed four runs and six hits.
The right-hander, making his first start since Aug. 23, was filling in for 15-game winner Matt Harrison, who had his start pushed back from Sunday to Tuesday for extra rest.
