Protestors Make House Call To DISD Superintendent Mike Miles
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dissatisfied and demanding change, protestors gathered in front of the home of Dallas ISD Superintendent Mike Miles Saturday morning.
President of the Black Coalition To Maximize Education, Joyce Foreman led the group of about 12 people.
"We're concerned that the evaluation for Mike Miles has been moved out one more time, but the data he used to evaluate teachers and principals and dismiss them was not data that they were using to evaluate him," said Foreman.
The small protest is the latest development in a dramatic week of dissent against Miles. Six of his top staffers have resigned in the last six months.
