Police Waiting For Information About Body Found At Church
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Police are waiting for the medical examiner to release information on a body found at a church Saturday afternoon.
According to Fort Worth Police the body was found around 4 p.m. at the Hope Works Fellowship Church, formally the Hemphill Presbyterian church in the Fort Worth Hospital District.
Investigators believe the worker collapsed in a stairwell leading up to a church door. No obvious signs of trauma could be found.
Since it was an unattended death investigators are taking extra precautions. Investigators did gather evidence and continued working it as a crime scene.
