Police Investigating Possible Second Murderer
Was there a second person involved in the weekend murder of a 4-year old Mineral Wells boy?
The chief suspect, Arturo Barerra, was shot and killed by Mineral Wells police after escaping. Captain Mike McCallister says there is still an investigation to rule out a second person. The possibility there was somebody else involved came from the suspect as he was being interrogated.
Yet he says they want to make sure nobody helped Barerra. The investigation into the shooting, including whether Barerra was armed, is being handled by the Texas Rangers.
