Police Arrest Man Accused Of Moving Out, Leaving Dog To Starve

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - A 28-year-old man named Justin Rubio was arrested after he allegedly left a dog to die in his apartment after he moved out.
An apartment manager found the dog, which had died from starvation. Police said they found empty bags of dog food in the apartment.
Detectives tracked Rubio down and issued a warrant for his arrest for Cruelty to Animal Torture Non-Livestock.
