North Texans Enjoying Day After the Fourth
A lot of folks in north Texas are taking advantage of nice weather to get outdoors on this day after Independence Day.
Shirly McGriff dips her fishing pole into Lake Arlington this afternoon. She isn't catching much, but enjoys the relaxation. Nearby Norris McDowell stands over a hot grill cooking 60 slabs baby back ribs, 3 briskets and 40 pounds of chicken. Others slide their boat into the lake for a day on the water.
