Mother Arrested After Child Gets Into Drugs
A Johnson County mother is arrested after her 2 year old boy winds up in a Cleburne emergency room from swallowing drugs. The child was flown to Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth where he is listed in serious condition. Deputies say 25-year old Bonnie Jo Prinz admitted smoking methampetamines while her two children slept. She's now held on a charge of Injury to a Child. A second child was turned over to Child Protective Services.
