More Nice Weather... Rain Early Next Week
GREAT WEATHER UNTIL NEXT WEEK…
A great week of weather so far will continue to be rather pleasant as we head toward the weekend.
TONIGHT… Clear skies and chilly. Low of 35.
TOMORROW… Sunny and pleasant. High of 66.
FRIDAY… Best day of the week! Low of 42 in the morning then a mostly sunny with a high of 70!
SATURDAY… A cold front arrives Saturday morning. No rain with the front but it will be a little cooler on Saturday with a few clouds around. Low Saturday morning of 45 then a high of 60 in the afternoon.
SUNDAY… Partly cloudy with a morning low of 39 and an afternoon high of 59.
MONDAY AND TUESDAY… An upper level low will be moving into Texas. The timing of this system and the location is still a little uncertain as the models have been deferring on where to place the system. We will see increasing clouds on Monday and likely becoming cloudy Monday into Tuesday. The rain may hold off until late Monday into Tuesday. This is a pretty strong system so depending on which side of the low we are on will determine the amount and intensity of the rain. At this point if the upper level low tracks south of North Texas we would likely see more of a light to moderate rain. If it were to track north of us and we have a chance to get more moisture up from the Gulf of Mexico we could see some heavy rain. At this time, the light to moderate rain appears more likely but we will continue to track the system over the next couple of days. Here is a look at the setup for Early next week.
